FabQUOTE

FabQUOTE 2.0 is a job quoting tool built for fabrication shops.
Customers can send you DXFs, PDFs, or part lists, and FabQUOTE 2.0 lets you:

• Enter parts, materials, and quantities in minutes
   
• Automatically calculate cutting, bending, and handling time
   
• Add material, labor, overhead, and markup for a clean selling price
   
• Save quotes, duplicate them, and track revisions
   

Once the quote is approved, FabQUOTE 2.0 exports a clean CSV file that you can import directly into your nesting or CAD/CAM software. This means no retyping parts—just load the CSV, nest the parts, and send programs to the machine.

FabQUOTE 2.0 can create a CSV file with the following columns:

• PartNumber – Your internal part number or code
   
• PartName – Description of the part (e.g. “Bracket-Left”)
   
• CustomerName – Name of the customer for reference
   
• Quantity – Total parts to cut
   
• Material – Material type/grade (e.g. “Mild Steel”, “304 SS”)
   
• Thickness_mm – Material thickness in millimeters
   
• SheetSize_X_mm – Sheet length used for nesting
   
• SheetSize_Y_mm – Sheet width used for nesting
   
• Process – Laser, Plasma, Waterjet, Router, etc.
   
• CutLength_mm – Total cut length per part (optional if your CAM calculates it)
   
• GrainDirection – None, X, or Y (if your nesting software supports grain)
   
• Notes – Any extra info for programming or the shop floor
